Sabotaging myself

A few months ago I lost 3 stone on a vlcd. Over the summer I've put on a stone and I can't seem to stick to anything. I've realised I have a lot of issues with food and I have two autistic child and an elder child who is getting into a lot of trouble at school. My weight is depressing me. I need to lose about two stone but I cannot stop eating. I'm completely unable to do moderation and I don't know how to fix it. The solution is obviously to stop eating but I can't work out why I overeat so much and can't stop at one bar of chocolate. It's beginning to get me down.

I'm the same.

The obvious answer is not to buy the junk food.

What I find helps a lot with boredom eating is chewing gum instead. Icons that having gum satisfies the chewing need.
Another trick is after tea really brush your teeth well and use mouthwash (a strong one). The lasting mintyness (sure that not a word but hey) makes most things taste vile so you don't want it ( including chocolate and I'm a chocoholic)
Try joining a gym? I find I'm less hungry on days I've been. And the odd treat has to be worked off later shock

I might try the toothpaste one. I'm not sure how much use i would get out of a gym as my husband isn't home enough in the evenings.
