I've lost 4.25 stone over the past year, no exercise, just calorie counting. I want to tone up/work my tummy muscles, but I'm a wheelchair user, so I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for good chair based abdo exercises?
I found a chair based exercise D drew a few years ago and also a seated Tai Chi dvd which was great. Try an Amazon search .
