I know this is silly, but there's an event I REALLY want to feel good at on Saturday, and I am 12 pounds heavier than last time I wore the dress I want to wear. I know it's not a long term solution, but if I just have a green nutribullet every lunchtime and chicken or eggs with salad every night, how much could I lose? Anyone got experience of crashing a lot off in 6 days? I was in denial until this afternoon when I realised that for the first time in my life, my thighs rub each other when I walk. Weighed myself and sure enough, 12 pounds since Easter. Please help!
