What plan to choose

I'm looking to start gradually losing my baby weight and trying to decide how to do it. I'm exclusively breastfeeding, so need to take that into account.

I have done slimming world a number of times in the past, some success but never got to goal. This time I can't afford to go to classes as I'm only getting SMP and my DH is out of work too. So if I do this it will be without any real support, but I do know what I'm doing on it.

Weight Watchers would be new to me, I've had a look and I think I could afford their online plan, but no idea how it works. It looks like they have a plan fairly similar to slimming world without going to count points for everything, but not sure which is better

I'm disabled so don't manage any exercise.

Any advice?

I'm disabled too, I lost 2 stone on WW online about 3 years ago but put it all and more back on.

I wouldn't do WW online again though as its completely changed to a low sugar plan and its very confusing and difficult to follow.

I dont like SW either as I'm not a fan of pasta, quorn or veggies.

I am doing nutracheck which is much cheaper and basically calorie controlling. have a look at their website.

Can't you do MyFitnessPal and weigh everything you eat? It's the only thing thats worked for me.

If you need a plan then I recommend Joe Wicks/Body Coach for you, as it seems to work better for breast feeding mums. You just need to buy the book to get started - can get them for a fiver second hand.

Hi OP. I recommend WW Smart Points. There is a free app called Tracking Assistant.
It is free to download and gives a calculator to work out your smart points plus it has a list of foods already pointed.it also has No Count list of foods on it.

Perhaps you could try and follow WW this way? Buy WW magazine for inspiration and check out WW thread on Weight Loss section of Mumsnet.

Another site is www.skinnydoll it is very good and informative.

Good luck
