Virtual gastric band

Just wondering if anyone has done Paul McKenna's gastric band and if so, how they got on with it. I am thinking of downloading it to accompany a real effort to change my eating habits (e.g. way more fruit and veg and cut out the crap).

If you have done it, can you just use the audio or is the book a must?

Thanks. I am not imagining a magic answer as it is not that simple but any help/support is worth it. Weight loss is way harder than it used to be for me.

I haven't done Paul, but I've done Easyloss and it's fantastic. It's a £4.99 app - you can buy more bits but don't need them. I've lost about 6 inches off my waist so far

Thank you lola, I will try that one. Anything that helps me keep on the straight and narrow is worth a shot. Well done on your loss ☺.

The instructions for each hypnosis session are different to the instructions on the main page, so make sure you read both - you need to listen to each session for a certain length of time. The app has sessions for day time or night time; you must listen at least once a day (unless told otherwise by the session instructions) and you just pick whether day or night suits you best. You don't need to stick to the same one, so can alternate if day is better sometimes and other days you want to use night.

It's not a diet, so you don't need to count calories or fat or carbs. You eat what you want. It's just that over time what you want ends up changing. I drink water now and I never used to!
