I've gone from a big size 16 to an easy 10. Really loved the support of the MN boards. Am now... dunno, sort of getting used to being slim now. I went clothes shopping and just picked size 10s off the shelf and they all fir fine. First time since I was a teenager.
Today someone said to me "you don't need to lose any more now". Not sure how I feel about that. I feel like I have half a stone left to go. Flabby tummy. But then when she said it I started thinking about my dds and just mentally checking that I'm giving them a good message...
I'm doing an hour of exercise a day, sometimes cardio, sometimes strength and toning. I'm still doing my tiny calorie count on MFP because I don't feel I'm quite at goal yet.
Anyone else at about the same place?
