im desperately trying to get down to the weight I was last year I have 8/9lbs to go and its hard!!! I usually have porridge with blueberries, blackberries, rasps for bfast
morning snack banana and orange lunch 1 slice wholemeal with scrambled egg made with skimmed milk.. no afternoon snack tea is always made from scratch with plenty salad or veg I let my self down by snacking on crap In the eve!! also drink 2 litres water a day but is thus enough would more help the weight loss?! any advise appreciated I definitely need to knock the sugar in eve on the head
To work out the amount of fluid you need, times 30ml of fluid per kilo of body weight; so if for example, you weighed 50kilos you do 30 x 50 = 1,500mls. Obviously if you are exercising or if it's hot then you will need to increase this. Remember drinking too much can be as dangerous as not drinking enough. Good luck with giving up sugar, it's in so many foods, and despite what people say, I am sure for some people it is very addictive.
Good luck in your diet.
Blimey 30ml per kg is an eye opener!
As I have rather a lot of weight to lose, that takes me over 3l per day. I am struggling with 2l and seem to be on the toilet the whole time!
