Have tried to be mindful of my eating during the lead up to our summer holiday and I'd really like to keep up a healthy approach while we're away. I want to enjoy myself, have some nice food and drink and not obsess about calories, but I also don't want to put on half a stone (like I usually do)! I would love to hear your ideas for delicious, yet healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and alcoholic beverages (of which there will be plenty) on an all inclusive Mediterranean holiday.
