My DSS is getting married in a fortnight. I've bought an amazing dress on eBay but it's
a bit tight. Any advice so I can fight my way into it?
Not aided by the fact I've had a couple of weeks of being away in hotels with work, been to the seaside for a few days too, so over what I should be and I need to be at my best to get into this.
Sweet potato and mackerel fish cake with salad tonight and am planning to bike to work tomorrow (15 miles).
Ever done Slimming World?
The general philosophies behind food optimising will enable you to lose 7lbs in 2 weeks.
Focus on vegetables, very low fat meat, with all visible fat removed, ensure you have something with fibre (I have 2 Weetabix every week day, but with fat free yogurt instead of milk), fill up on protein like pulses, beans and lean meat, but have vegetables making up half of each meal.
And limit starchy carbohydrates like potatoes, bread and pasta
My DH and I have found that makes a massive difference most weeks.
Great thanks. I bought the new Jamie Oliver superfood family dinners book this week and there are lovely recipes, but I'll try and stay away from bread and rice. Helpfully have work buffet tomorrow as training all day, but will take my own salad.
