I'm a size 14/16 on top and 18 from the waist down. So not slim but I'm quite happy with my body from the waste up. My thighs however are big and wobbly and I can't seem to shift weight from this area.
I jog every morning for approximately ten minutes during my 30 minute dog walk. Watch what I eat and do yoga - but my thighs don't slim down. Any tips on how to get rid of the wobble?
