.. and it's beginning to really get to me. I lost 4 stone over a two year period with some periods of loss and some of stabilistation, I managed to get to my goal weight for my wedding with a lot of will power and grit, mainly through low carbing.
Anyway I was finally happy with my body for a little while, then as soon as the wedding was over I went mad and started really overeating, we were at an all inclusive for the honeymoon and let's just say I went there a size 12 and came back a size 14.
Thought oh I can just lose it again but I can't muster up the willpower! I am ok for the first few days of any diet, then I just think oh f*ck it and give in to temptation mainly in the evenings when I turn into the nibble monster.
I bought some new clothes in my new size earlier in the year and now I can't wear them. I'm about 10lbs higher than I was at my lowest (which I was relatively happy with), so not oodles of weight to lose but my body doesn't feel right at this weight, too flabby and heavy.
Please can someone tell me how to stick to a diet for more than a few days, I reckon I need at least 6 weeks to shift it! What makes it worse is I travel for work every couple of weeks and then my willpower really goes out of the window as there's hotel stays, motorway stops, cakes in meetings etc.
