So, I am one of those who has tried every diet - always on a diet etc but this has only caused me to gain even more weigh and I am not at my heaviest I've ever been...
I don't need to lose a lot - 1.5 stone would bring me into a very healthy BMI and I'm not looking to do it quickly or with any strick "fad diets".
I want to have 3 meals a day which I enjoy
No snacking
Healthy fruit for puddings
10,000 steps a day
Work out (gym / run) 4 times a week
No takeaways
Healthy choices when out
The main focus is to eat less and move more. I am going to be tracking what I eat into my fitness pal to help me eat less but I have set a realistic target for 1,400 calories a day.
I am only going to weigh myself on a Monday morning so I can keep a check of my progress but hopefully not become too disheartened by weighing everyday.
If there's anyone out there who would like to join me then I'd love to have the company!!
