I tried it, but I had to stop as I had a near constant headache - not sure why. I have the cook book which I like, but for me, it is a bit too "hearty" to be effective. Probably good way to cleanse your body of sugar & refined carbs, though.
How did it go? I'm on day 7 atm and enjoying it. I'm not going to weigh at the end, though, because I've still got lots of weight to lose and I find I can get bit stressed if I know my weight, so im planning on only weighing myself every three months until I settle into my maintenance weight.
