I'm going to shame myself into losing a stone at least. Im aiming for 1200 calories per day.
Oh forgot to write anything down, That's a good start. 2 x toast - 186Banana- 90150 mls grapefruit juice - 612 x bread Roast beef - 150 (?)I only drink green tea but have no idea how many calories are in the butter I'm using. Total so far, 673.
