Changing his breakfast from granola and yogurt to omelette .he had two pints of beer before bed last night ( little devil) and lost that three today.
He knows bread/ gluten isn't good for him so he's looking at ways of making a chaotic type bread that's gluten free.
He did have some bread on Sunday do maybe he's weaning himself off it gradually. Bless him.
It might help someone who is struggling.
