Husband has lost 3 lbs in less than a week by......

Changing his breakfast from granola and yogurt to omelette .he had two pints of beer before bed last night ( little devil) and lost that three today.

He knows bread/ gluten isn't good for him so he's looking at ways of making a chaotic type bread that's gluten free.

He did have some bread on Sunday do maybe he's weaning himself off it gradually. Bless him.

It might help someone who is struggling.

I was going to ask what chaotic bread is grinsounds interesting!
I was going to try cutting out bread as it seems to creep in most days. Sounds like it could help! Well done to your DH smile

Interesting post, I've decided to cut out out gluten and dairy. My stomach has been really sore recently and I've felt lousy like I must have totally overdone the bread and cheese. So its all got to go.

I've been reading about the inflammation that gluten causes internally and how our bodies are not set up to digest it. I think we are designed to eat fruit/veg and meat and man has only been eating grains for the last 10,000 years. We can't all process it very well and I believe it also causes/affects our health, mostly auto immune illnesses. Kind of a paleo principle and better for our health.

I read somewhere that the wheat we eat now is very different to the wheat that was eaten years ago
