So I've only lost a stone but I'm in the stage where the fat on my belly & skin are getting loose And wobbly!
I'm trying to fit in exercise where I can and I know you can't 'spot reduce' but is there something I should be doing to help the belly tone up quicker?
Also I heard cod liver oil and omega 3 are good for helping skin - any idea about these?
