(1 Post)Has anyone tried Phd Diet Cookies. I am always struggling to find snacks that are healthy and won't pile on the pounds and I do have a bit of a sweat tooth.
Other than these www.pricedropdonkey.com/cheap-health-beauty/vitamins-supplements-nutrition-deals what other snack ideas or recipes does anyone have.
I have been snacking on peanuts, dark chocolate and skimmed milk when I get hunger pains. Don't mind batch cooking something if anyone has a good idea?
