My Hypno was recommended so I would definitely try and seek one out that way. She was against telling me to cut out things. It was about listening to cues of being hungry, being full. Eating slower, making better choices and drinking lots of water. Not rewarding myself with food as well was a big one. It is instilled to us from an early age- fall down- graze knee - 'there there have a lollipop' that is deep rooted behaviour to reverse. Depends what your issues are.
