So this morning I have joined slimming world. I have exactly bang on 4 st 7 lbs to lose to take me back to my pre dc 'happy' size.
I am a sahm so on a tight budget, s/w club & some healthy food is about as far as I can stretch. Cannot afford gym, even the cheaper memberships, couldnt afford creche anyway & nobody to mind dc regardless, soooo, I dug out some old leggings and my trainers, got my exercise bike out the shed & have linked youtube to the tv & have a 'at home spin class' which of course is free so I am about to start my journey, if anyone would like to join!
Would hope to achieve goal weight by xmas.
Hello! I have a similar amount to loose. I'm not doing a weight loss class but I'm doing the free at home exercise! I've got a 30 day shred beginners DVD that I've been doing for the last few days.
I really need to get my portion size in check. Also snacking. The food I eat is quite good but I just eat far too much of it!!!
I have a massive appetite too! I know I must do the exercise, to get results, but I hate it goodluck! Looking forward to next weeks weigh day, aim is to do half hour on bike, 6 days per week.
