Yes - i use them occasion - I think they def work as I generally don't do well on carbs at all and gain water weight very quickly - but so far so good and no unpleasant side effects..I am planning to use them on holiday when I find it difficult to exercise any restraint but equally don't need the extra pounds (swimsuit!) ..
