Anyone breastfeeding and trying to lose weight?

I'm breastfeeding my 4 month old and also trying to lose weight.

When I was younger and didn't have children, I would be able to muster the self control and eat really strictly to lose weight effectively and quickly and keep it off.

Now though, I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old and I have the responsibility of breastfeeding (which I love) and know that if I diet too strictly that I'll be exhausted all the time but also that my milk will dry up.

So, at the moment I'm just cutting down but I would love some tips from other breastfeeding mamas!!

Just eat good healthy food til you are pleasantly full then stop! You do need to eat plenty when breastfeeding and shouldn't ignore genuine signs of hunger. Don't forget your water ( I drink a 500ml bottle worth every feed as well as more during the rest of the day if I feel I need it)
I did slimming world which was compatible with breastfeeding. You don't need to join unless you need the motivation of weigh in, as there's loads of info online if you google it.
I took a pregnacare multivitamin too, just in case.
