Hello! I gave birth to my twins last October and have been working hard on my nutrition and fitness. I was 12st7 after the birth and I've got down to 10st (I'm 5ft3). I haven't done a specific diet, just counted calories initially to get into good habits (around 1500 a day) and done cardio and strength workout 6 days a week, plus lots of walking / general activity.
But I'm a bit stuck at 10 stone now and ideally I'd like to lose another 10lb and continue to tone up! Any ideas? I guess if I just keep going it might very gradually go but I was wondering if there was anything else I should try. I have done 5:2 before after the birth of my first cold and although I know it works, it makes me miserable.
