I am starting this today and am feeling really positive, just had choc mint shake for brekkie and it was lovely, does anyone know if you can have sugar free mints? Am a bit worried about drinking so much water and needing the toilet when out and about but hoping my body adjusts soon. Has anyone else done well with this?
You're only supposed to have what's mentioned in the books.
I lost 4st on Cambridge and have a friend who lost 11! It's hard, but fast. and definitely works! I will say that it's difficult to keep the weight off afterwards though. I've put 1.5st back on and find these VLCD's don't work as well for me anymore.
