12.4.6 at the start of the last thread, 11.11.4 yesterday afternoon.
Need to follow your example emz, only 6 days to go until off the drink/choc/crisps - that should help

I know it's probably just bloat or something Not2b but it's so disheartening, need to move down in the 12's so it won't feel too bad when a pound appears, at the min I feel too close to the dreaded 13's. I want to be 12st and a single digit. Will be eating roughly 1000cals today.

I think about 2 and a half months maybe? I had pretty savage food poisoning though where I lost half a stone in the space of 5 days but have managed to keep it off, thankfully. Wouldn't recommend it though Wink

Just played badminton! Was good fun Smile

10st5 at the start of the last thread, 10st at the end. Not particularly fast progress but it'll do. Smile Definitely feeling a desire to kick myself up the bum though!

Went for a run today! And am absolutely drained and starving. Too tired to go make food - think I might end up going to sleep on the kitchen floor! My tummy's still very iffy from being ill, bit scared to put too much in it anyway.

Just went for a run myself actually, so puffed but feeling good, also played badminton earlier so its been a good day!

Tomorrow shouldnt be too bad either, weetabix and banana for breakfast, going out for lunch tomorrow and have planned on a jacket potato with cheese and beans and then the last of my mexican stew in the evening. Will go for another run too i think!

Emz well done for immersing yourself in activities, you're a much brighter (I mean humour wise of course) than you were a couple of weeks ago, delighted about your badminton etc - I keep meaning to say it but forget. I think it's a real testament to how physical activity can do the soul, and body of course, good.
Smila you're doing great! If you were 10.5 and now 10 and that's after Christmas, then you're winning. We're all winning 😁

Morning all. Down half a pound to 9st 13 today. Have had very little sleep as didn't go to bed until 11 or get to sleep until 12 and got woken up by baby at ten to 5, so now up working (he went back to sleep just as I got his bottle ready🙄). Today will be an on track day, as will tomorrow, in the hope of another half a pound before Sunday's shopping trip! I've got 30 day shred to do this morning too. I may eat half my exercise calories today as I've had so little sleep - I'm going to need the fuel.

I think your half pound (and someone's else's pound) found their way to me! Feeling very bloated this morning but decided to brave the scale, up 1.4 from last Friday to 11.12.4 but I'm really bunged up so I'm not setting too much store by it.
I'm wrecked today, not sure if I'm still going out tonight or not, kinda hoping not!

Well done on the loss Jonty fingers crossed for another drop.

I was the same this morning Not2b felt so awful and bloated (no number 2) that I dreaded getting on the scales, I knew I had to though because scale dodging is part of the reason why I ended up a fatty. Grin I was expecting another 1lb gain with the bloat as well as yesterdays gain but I'd actually gone back down to 12st 11Shock bit strange but I'll take it.

Well I started in January and I'm only down 4lbs. Down to 10.10.9 It's slow going but I'm sticking to it. What has brightened my day is that when I started I was 37.7% fat, when I was measured yesterday at the gym I was down to 27%, so 10% fat off!! I take that, my exercise isn't in vein!!! Just done combat, I love and hate that class in equal measure but at 500 calorie burn per class it's worth doing!!

Had lunch out, butternut squash and sweet potato soup and it was quite a big portion. Hmm Anyone got a rough idea how many calories it'll be?

I wanna lose 23 pounds😞 I'm scared to say it since every time I do I mess up but today is going ok, hoping to stick to 1600 today. Night out cancelled which is good as I'm like a dishrag, not fit to be seen in public. Out tomorrow night but I should be able to pull myself together by then Confused

Not2b say it out loud! It doesn't mean you have to put pressure on yourself to be the perfect dieter. And don't say 'I want to' say 'I'm going to lose 23lbs'. Because you will. You might go up, down and bit sideways on the way - we all have - but as long as you keep on keeping on, you'll do it.
