I'm day 7 of no sugar and I had one blip Wednesday and a basically fucked up a major blip today. I'm feeling very flu-y and generally just feeling sorry for myself. I have eaten 4 sweet waffles, a coffee with sugar and then a salad that I feel just stupid for eating-
How do you keep going through illness
I am swimming 2 days a week (for 7 weeks, ds is 14 weeks and bf) and I'm starting cardio at the gym soon... No weight loss yet
I just keep telling myself I can't stay this fat forever. Results also motivate me. I've been doing a bit of 16:8, it's meant to be really good isn't it. Are you limiting calories or anything or just eliminated sugar?
