I embarked on my diet 3 weeks ago and have lost half a stone, I need to do some exercise but I'm completely clueless! I can't get to the gym/go for a run as I have two little ones and no childcare! I don't have a dvd to play a fitness dvd and I tried videos on YouTube but it's quite hard doing them whilst holding my phone! Any ideas?

I walk about 6 hours a week on the school run for my eldest and make sure I do 10,000 steps a day

Ok so then you can set yourself up with a mini circuit - you can program an app to direct you - learn an exercise do it for a minute, learn 10 different exercises focus on different parts of the body and mix strength with aerobic.
