I decided on the green smoothie challenge except I am using a green smoothie as a meal replacement (lunch). I am chucking chia seeds in each one for a bit of protein, however!TBH I'm not expecting to lose much weight but we'll see! My Xmas diet was pretty crap, so it will probably do me good anyway! Does anyone have any other good green smoothie recipes?I have taken note of the fact that a smoothie maker can be a force for good (green) or evil (ice-cream and fruit- yum!) but I'm only looking at veg based smoothies for now.
