Anyone want to join me in chat and motivation using the 10000 steps and eat less philosophy? I don't have a fitbit so can't make friends there ! My three aims for 2016 are to eat mindful but well, increase my daily activity levels and stop feeling so down on myself. I am 5ft 7 and 16 stone . Today so far I have done 5700 steps and I have a browse in the shops and 25 min walk to the station to go
If you want to join me to share tips and support on eating mindfully..losing weight and getting those steps in please do. It will be great to see what peoples aims are for 2016
