Best exercise

I do poweplates three times a week, I've lost a bit of weight and toned up a bit but I think I need to do something else. Would running help? What's the best exercise to drop the pounds.

Cardio is really good-I love body combat but anything that gets you properly sweaty and out of breath is good. Have you thought about adding weights into your routine? They completely changed my shape. Body pump is a good place to start.

Weights are part of the powerplate classes - kettlebells and Dumbbells. It depends on the teacher how hot and sweaty you get.
