I need to lose about 60lbs. But I'm also ttc as I'm late 30s and don't want to waste whatever fertile time I have left! What's the best way to lose weight that won't affect my cycles? Weight watchers? I'm already trying to make healthy choices and eat less but the weight isn't shifting. I'm slightly hypothyroid and have mild pcos so that doesn't help. I definitely do easier following a plan rather than being left to my own devices. Any advice would be great thanks 😊
