I have just eaten so much this weekend, after losing a stone and a half, I feel I have just thrown all my effort in my own face.

I'm wanting to get back on track tomorrow, but just feel totally crap. Someone tell me this is water weight and this won't set me back too much. I have 10lbs to go.

Well done on your weight loss, but don't beat yourself up,it's called life. Just get straight back on it. You may have added an extra week to target, or you may not have. You could always add some extra exercise this coming week. I think it's having a few days off plan that enable you to do the plan long-term, iyswim. Sometimes we just have hungry weeks!

You will not have put on 4lbs in one weekend. To do that you will have had to have eaten 14000 ADDITIONAL calories. It will just be water weight/undigested food. Give it a few days it will settle down.

Its water and undigested food .... be REALLY strict with yourself till Thursday and you'll be back on track and some ...

Don't give up. It will only compound the problem.

Not recommending anyone do this but my decorator used to eat and drink like crazy on her summer hold and would put on 11 pounds.

When home she would eat 3 tins of baked beans a day breakfast, lunch dinner. It would take her about a week to get it off.

Your weight changes with what you eat and do - it always has and always will :) it will even after you reach your target.
You clearly know how to bring it down so simply go back to doing the right things most of the time and it will go in the right direction most of the time and you will be happy most of the time.
Carry on regardless of the occasional blip, please really do, this is living your life and that is the fun reason we are here not 'dieting' with a target date and weight and a million opportunities to beat yourself up over mistakes.
Spoken by someone who has given up diets after 25 years in exchange for enjoying healthy living and finally lost a shed load enjoyably xx
