Can't believe we've had to start a new thread already!

I'm on plan today and feeling good about it, this weight will go down! Still 10'13 this morning, not too disappointed. Hoping it'll go down with a good sleep or two over the weekend!

I'm here! Need to do a proper post, life is challenging at the moment...normal life stuff, nothing major. In positive news, hit 11st this week so it WILL be 10st something next week!

Hope everyone has had a good weekend.

Here's to a good week! There shouldn't be too many challenges this week. I have a work meal on Tuesday evening at a thai restaurant and then perhaps a lunch on thursday but it's a carvery type place so can make it work with chicken and veg. Then at the weekend i'll be packing! Cant believe how quickly its coming round, 12 days now!

Emz glad you have a good week planned.
Ladies, I need a kick in the butt. Hard. The last week has resulted in no downward progress and as of yesterday morning I was actually 0.75lbs heavier. I didn't even weigh today as I just couldn't be bothered. Everything caught up with me this week and it all felt too hard, plus it's been so frantic, finding the time to track food has been nigh on impossible. So, those are my excuses Grin. Tomorrow has to be fully back on track. I need to start with a run, because that almost always helps me stay on track the rest of the day. Then I need to log everything. Meal plan is already mostlydone for tomorrow, and I'm hoping the start of a fresh week will spur me on. 9.5 (or maybe 10.25) pounds to go, and I MUST get there before Christmas!!!!!!

You can do it Jonty, butt well and truly kicked. I, perhaps more then most, have needed an arse kicking over these past few weeks so I can sympathise with you

Here's to a good week for all

Good luck **Jonty! Let's all make this a hard core week! [santa] holidays and Christmas are coming!
**Emz- wow, only 12 days!
Should be an ok week for me after the weekends festivities- a few soup days plans and I am now back on the c25k- signed up for a Santa run in 2 weeks Shock

Morning. Weighed in at 10.10.25 as expected. Will go for a run at 7.30, as husband was singing at a gig until 2am and has work today so will need as much sleep as possible before i leave him with the baby. Baby woke up at 1am and 5am for feeds plus 5am needed full nappy/bedding change, so I gave up on going back to bed after that. Trying to scrape myself together with coffee and porridge to get it together enough to go running.

Morning all. Monday again, times flying. Ate like an idiot over the weekend after my crap weigh in on Friday. I'm going back to daily weigh in's after that. I binged badly and I feel the worse for it. The one thing I didn't do was drink too much so that's a blessing. Back on track now. I got no exercise this week, liking the sound of a run Jonty, might go when I get home.
Oooh, holiday is so close Emz, how long you going for, I've forgotten

Hi everyone. I had a lovely social weekend but my eating was not too far off plan. I feel I got away lightly with a 1lb gain so I am on 10st 11 exactly. I have plenty of soup to go at this week so I am hoping for a bit of a loss in the next few days.

Jonty I am full of admiration for your energy to go for a run after broken sleep.

You lot are inspirational. Am still struggling with STUFF, and desperately clutching at straws to keep on top, but it is really helping to catch up on everyone's stories. Runs after night feeds, souping, Santa runs, and holidays to far off exciting places to see with boyfriends. If you lot can do it, I can too.

Have a ton of work to do, but may just get a big pot of soup on the go first. I have 2 heads broccoli, 3 leeks, and some celery. Hope that will turn into something half appetising. Might make me windy though !!!

Oh - I failed to mention weight is up 2 lbs this week to 11 stone 13.5. Blush. I have taken the term comfort eating to the extreme.

Hello!

Thanks guys! I'm excited about seeing 10 something and I haven't even got there yet! Had a calorific Saturday even by my day off standards but yesterday was good and only up 2lbs today...that should be off mid week... Come on 10s!

Lounging well done on the loss...Santa 25k run? Wow!!

Emz 12 days!!! If that doesn't keep you on plan, nothing will!

Jonty sending you a virtual butt kicking. You can get back on track, although you do have a LOT going on. I certainly don't miss night feeds and definitely didn't run/do interviews/run a business after them Be kind to yourself

Not2 just put the weekend behind and focus on the week ahead. A binge or two is not a deal breaker

Imust 1lb on after a social weekend is good going and that is probably just bloat!

Bath enjoy your soup when it's made...will be yummy, comforting and healthy! will be standing down wind of you though

Sorry about the gain, Bath but it isn't that bad and some healthy soup meals will get you back on track. Sometimes other things just have to take priority Flowers

Hi mrs dlh sorry- I meant I had started back on c25k (couch to 5km plan)! The Santa run is only 5km, 25km would finish me off (I am still nervous about running 5km!) I will be in costume though so will pull the hat down , the beard up, and go for it [santa] Grin

Hope you see the 10's really soon MrsD, I'm desperate to reach the 11's myself - and to stay there instead of creeping back to 12'something.
Back on track today, long may it last!

Sorry to hear about your gain Bath sometimes weight loss isn't the priority in life, i hope you're ok Flowers

Not2 i find that daily weigh ins are really the only way i can stay on track and if i'm having a few days that aren't too good it stops me from veering completely off the rails. Hope you see the 11's soon and stay there!

Lounging the santa run sounds hilarious, would love to see it!

MrsDLH you'll see the 10's soon with a few days on track!

Successful day today, tomorrow will take it as it comes with the meal out, 2 out of three meals will be on plan though Smile

Woohoo! A drop of 1.25lbs overnight to see me down to 10.9! Yesterday was over calories by about 200, but I tracked almost everything, and did my run, and husband did the night feed last night, so I got more sleep, so things are looking up! Spaghetti bologese tonight, so staying fairly light the rest of the day today.

Report
Not2bObvious · 17/11/2015 07:48

Well done jonty! Slag Bol tonight here too but pretty light with 5% mince and small portion. Up to 12.4.6 after weekend indulgence, under cals yesterday by 200, should be the same today. Not sure if I'll make it back down by Friday, just as long as I don't have another bingey weekend. Need to control that a LOT better.

Woohoo indeed Jonty. And glad you got some more sleep. Thanks for kind words everyone. The soup was actually OK thank Mrs DLH. Just nipping to supermarket for some more veggies for another batch. Think I will go orange today (squash) as opposed to my green soup of yesterday.

Have a good day all
