Hi I work two 12 hour night shifts a week which play havoc with my diet. I'm trying to do the dr.phil 20/20 diet which as to re set the pallet first and hypo something burning foods which is all good I got the audio book and app but you have to eat 4 times a day which I find hard to fit in or work out around my shifts ? I'm getting better and not eating as much at work and now take my toothbrush in to curb hunger. I've been doing this job for a year and half and I'm still struggling to figure out how to be healthier with this ! Anyone done nights for a long time with a healthy eating pattern ? Good high energy but low fat foods ?
