I lost 1 1/2 stone with tesco diets but they closed down and I was getting a bit bored of it. I've since gained back nearly a stone.. I have been trying 5:2. I can do fast days no problem. I have a small selection of recipes I've worked out for calorie counting. It's just non fast days. Everyone says use mfp app but I downloaded. It seems my idea of hell. I like to eat lots of different foods and to eat out. There must be some easier way to calculate calories? I can't face filling in all that info. I did an egg for practise on mfp and even that was sooooo laborious. Tesco diets, for all its eventual tedium, had an automatic calculator on its database.
