So I havnt been dieting or healthy eating for ages! I feel massive and wobbly and need to loose weight and eat well.
I'm not even trying I'm eating lots of sweet rubbish and I'm in a terrible habit of doing it!!
I will be starting back at the gym in September I need to get my food under control and tips?
I might buy some slimming world magazines and their food always looks so yummy and it's not calorie counting which drives me nuts.
I went to slimming world once and didn't loose any weight but I didn't count Syns
