So I havnt been dieting or healthy eating for ages! I feel massive and wobbly and need to loose weight and eat well. I'm not even trying I'm eating lots of sweet rubbish and I'm in a terrible habit of doing it!! I will be starting back at the gym in September I need to get my food under control and tips?I might buy some slimming world magazines and their food always looks so yummy and it's not calorie counting which drives me nuts. I went to slimming world once and didn't loose any weight but I didn't count Syns
