Slim-fizz... Stomach feels like a bowling ball

Hi, sorry if I'm duplicating but couldn't find anything. So I tried this Slim-fizz thing (as seen in the Daily Mail ) and I managed a couple of days fine but today out of weakness stuffed my face (two scotch eggs and a custard tart) after having it and the pain and bloating is BAD. That was lunchtime, haven't been able to eat since.
Have I broken myself? Has anyone had any more positive experiences?
Thank god for stretchy jeans.
