Day 1 - Distraction Needed!

Today is my first day where I am determined to keep on this diet (calorie counting) until we go away in just over a month.

I have been good - stuck to my calories. Tracked what I am having to eat and left some calories for a yoghurt/biccy later on.

WHY OH WHY DO I FEEL LIKE MY STOMACH IS EATING ITSELF?!

I have had good food choices and to be honest, Im not actually hungry but all I can think about is the tuck box full of goodies in the office downstairs that ONLY cost 30p! And the cupboard that is full of biscuits that are FREE!!

I have already drank so much fluid that my eyeballs are floating and have already eaten 2 apples... HMPF!

What can I do to distract myself?!
