I saw the Terri Ann 123 diet advertised on Facebook so bought the book and have half started the 10 day boost but i caved to chocolate then gave in!!Starting again Monday...and starting bootcamp!My partner of 6 years (and my sons dad) left me 2 months ago because of my weight so im determined to get back in shape!Has anybody had experience of the diet and high intensity exercise before? Dont want to be passing out at my first bootcamp session x
