Couch to 5k for weight loss?

Anyone doing or done couch to 5k? Does it help with weight loss?

I'm on day two but it almost killed me! Is it normal for day 2 to be worse than day 1?

Nope, it doesn't do much for weight loss but it will make you feel strong we and healthier!

I completed it a few years ago but have had to start over again and am now on week 5. It gets easier, I promise!

Yes! It has helped me lose weight and my cellulite has gone too! I started couch to 5K in.... March I think and I'm doing the great north run in September. Keep at it! Don't worry if you have to repeat weeks. It is really tough at first but you'll get there. I feel and look a whole load better. smile
