I have pcos and really struggle to lose weight. I have3dcs all born by caserean so have a baby pouch a bit bigger than some.
Im 32 years old, 5'2 and weigh 13st 12.
My problem is I'm just far too greedy.
I am on a new diet every week however my willpower dissapears after day 4.
In then set, I have been successful on slimming world losing a stone, however I can't seem to get on track this time around.
My youngest dc is nearly 7, since she was born I have been between 13st 1 and 14st 2.
I'm disgusted in myself.
I'm awaiting blood test results to check for diabetes (common in pcos) and thyroid problems.
I'm far too lazy to diet, I work 3-4 days a week and think that this is why im not bigger than I am because I'm keeping active at work at times.
I'm busting out of a size 16 and have always said I will never buy bigger than an 18.
I noticed I'm starting to breath differently when in bed and also I'm starting to snore. All of this im putting down to being big.
hoping to start it tomorrow but not sure which duet I'm following at the minute [ confused]

You could try reading the 'no s diet' it is quite interesting. No recipes, no calorie counting, the main idea is no snacking, no seconds and no sugar (as in the main ingredient). It is all online, you don't need to buy a book.

First of all stop being disgusted with yourself.

Try some yoga and cultivate a bit of acceptance and self love. Destresses, relaxes, makes you stronger and also helps you focus on your wellbeing, lack of that focus (in combo with medical factors) is what got you here in the first place.

There are no miracle diets. 5:2, carbs, etc its all just a way of eating fewer calories, so if one works for you great, if not just eat a little less, and focus on eating the least processed things you can. Accept it will be slow, but make little changes and your health will improve quickly.
