Got an event in 5 days, what's the most effective thing to do for max impact?

I've been generally losing weight this year by eating less and exercising more but I've just realised I can't wear Spanx under my ball dress as the back is too low cut shock. What can I do in 5 days for the most impact on my saggy fat stomach?!

I think most people would say cut out carbs for the next 5 days. So just have protein, veg and water.

What 500 said, and limit your caffeine and alcohol as they retain water. Water Balance tablets may help, you can get them in chemists and some supermarkets.

I'm low carbing and in the first week I lost 3" from my waist. Definitely cut carbs and up your water intake.

Thanks all, will give it a whirl. I've already cut caffeine out so that's good, will try cutting carbs too.
