So DP and I have bought around 80 mix and match shakes / bars / stuff from exante. Started today; 3 items a day for me and 4 for him...
Thoughts so far ? We had strawberry shake this morning which was a bit sickly - but would be ok colder; bar for lunch - lemon and yoghurt - quite nice. weird sweet and sour noodles thing for dinner. Have drunk plenty of water and am not hungry just mildly obsessed with whats next to eat etc... and stories to share? good or bad?
how long have you been doing this diet? long term success??
I am 5'1 and 11 stone; DP is 6'2 and about 16 stone
