Well the subject says it all really I am off on holiday in 2 weeks and have (past tense) been doing really well with no sugar and low carbs and I noticed the difference straight away and felt much better too. All good.
But then it was a birthday weekend and I eat and drank and eat and...you get the picture and I just feel enormous now! Almost that because I have not been eating carbs/sugar etc that how I have that it is worst than if I had been eating them all along!
It's just on holiday there is no way I am going to be able to stick to grilled lean meat and salads and not have ice cream or pie. What to do?

Is it better to really cut down and then go on holiday and eat anything (everything) or is it better to eat the same post-holiday and on holiday?
