I am 44 and now at my heaviest - 13 st 10 lbs. haven't been that weight since pg with 3 rd child when tipped scales at that weight. My vice is mainly wine though plan to start ditching that during the week at least. On day 2 and using myfitness pal to help count calories. On hol 4 weeks tomorrow and first hola is trying to lose 10 lbs for holidays which is a tall order. So come join me, tell me what your inner demon is and motivate all who join the thread to find their inner angel!
