So bloated and can't lose weight!

I'm so confused! I've gained a stone over the last year and just can't shift it now. I've been eating clean-ish since Monday, which usually after 3 days I've lost loads of bloat, but I seem to be bloating more as the week goes on and feel so uncomfortable.

I'm veggie so have been eating a shit load of beans and pulses, so I'm thinking it could just be my body processing it all making me bloat?

I'm really struggling to drop the weight though, I can lose a few lbs but they always go straight back on. I was getting rather het up over weight and luckily my scales have broken this week so I can't obsess ocer the scales, but I just feel so bloated and crap!

I just can't seem to stick to anything! Help?!

It could be your healthy diet making you so windy.

I spoke to a vegetarian recently looking the picture of health and slimmer. This lady was also gluten free and after 20 years she had gone back to eating meat and now has energy she never had before.

Some people thrive on a vegetarian diet and some don't. Do you eat eggs and fish. Could you eat eggs and fish? If so try introducing them into meals instead of beans and pulses.

I'm gluten free, sugar free, dairy free and still struggling to lose weight.

Forgot to say she had lost weight as well.

It might help to take a digestive enzyme before a meal. Pulses could be hard to digest.

Does your system get a good clear out. Maybe probiotics might help. Soft dried figs on an evening make a good laxative.

Chewing thoroughly. Should even chew soup because a lot of digestion takes place in the mouth. Salivary diastase works on starches and that it only found in the mouth.

I eat eggs but not fish, but don't eat them very often, so could try eating more!

I do feel a little less bloated today than I was yesterday, so maybe it's just taking a little time to kick in. Starting to feel really demotivated by it all, I just wish there was a magic button that could lose me the weight!

Water? Are you drinking plenty? Exercise?

I do drink lots of water, always have a bit bottle with me, although do drink less when I'm at work as it's tricky to go for a wee!

I go to the gym 3/4 times a week, but has been less the last couple of weeks with half term and other commitments. I do think I've just found my missing link though, I tend to do things like yoga, LBT and body pump and not as much cardio. I used to do a lot of running, but a bad injury scared me off! So I'm guessing I probably need to build more cardio in!
