I've been doing Paleo/Primal since Apr 2012.I have found it very easy to follow and with not having to count syns/points/calories it's one of the easiest healthy eating plans I have stuck to for so long.
Cravings do pass and really you don't need toast or kit kats. :)

You're addicted to wheat!
Up your good fat intake to curb the carb cravings: have avocado, nuts, coconut oil, ghee, salmon etc, anything fatty will help!

I'm looking to start paleo soon and know I will struggle with the carb cravings. I spent many years as a veggie and got very used to having carb heavy meals. I've been trying to redress the balance for a few years but think I'm going to have to cut them out completely and give paleo a try. Think it will also help improve my PCOS symptoms too.
