A new thread for the overfed.
We'll gradually get slimmer if we eat less dinner.

(sorry bit late in starting this been off-line for a couple of days).

Of course you are very welcome to join us Sonnet. Just mail me at mn.bigmamas(at)virgin(dot)net with your starting weight, target weight (if any) then mail me every Thursday with your loss. All that will be posted on the boards is your loss for the week and total loss, whether you decide to disclose your weight for all to see is entirely up to you. Look forward to hearing from you.
