Hi guys looking to book our family holidays for Easter hols. Im currently 13st 12lb and 5.5 and just hit 40. Have a belly that makes me look 6 months pregnant and need it gone for our hols...anyone else losing weight for holidays? Walking at lunchtime, porridge for brekkie and gym 3 times a weekhere we go!!
Cut out sugary fizzy pops and drink plenty of water as that was my problem when I has out on too much weight and had people starting to think I was expecting again! All the sugar in the cans of pop I as guzzling everyday!
