Does anyone with 1-2st to lose fancy buddying up?

Woahbodyforrrrm · 01/02/2015 11:41

I'm 5ft 5 and am currently 10st 6lb. My clothes are feeling tight and I have stopped wearing jeans in favour of elasticated trousers which is a slippery slope for me.

To cut a long story short, I lost 3st after my twins were born 2.5 years ago. I felt a lot happier and more confident but it's beginning to creep back on as I lost the weight during my turbulent pregnancy so never had to address my bad eating habits. It's catching up with me now and I've put a stone back on and know if I don't address the problem now, it won't be long till the other 2+st is back.

I wondered whether anyone fancied buddying up and we can give each other a nudge, check in on how each other is doing?

I'll join you. I'm 5.5 and about 10 stone. tried slimming world last year but it made me obsessive about food. I only want to lose a stone but it's just so hard!!!

I'll join you. I'm 5.4 and 10 stone 9 pounds. This is the heaviest I've ever been (including when 9 months pregnant!). Was around 8.5 or 9 stone most of my life but in the past couple of years an extra stone just crept up on me. I'd love to be back to 9.5 stone by the summer - it should be doable.

My plan is reducing carbs like bread, cutting sugar, tracking with MFP and walking an hour a day.

I'm in. I'm 5ft 4 and 11st 3lb. I'd like to get to 10st by July. I'm going to be tracking on MFP and exercising 5-6 days a week. I'm hoping a combination of running and some Jillian Michaels arse kicking will do the job!

My problem is plain old greed - huuuuuge portions of crap with wine on the side are my thing.

About 11st 6 ish I think (too scared to weigh). Would like to lose a stone, 10st is just not doable for me sadly, I literally have to starve myself. So 10st 7 will have to do for me.

Forgot to say am signed up to WW but I'm awful at the whole tracking malarkey, either forget or can't be bothered to weigh things.

Wow, brilliant responce! sorelip you basically described me, I am a very greedy girl, I need to sort it out. I would really like to be slim for spring.

I'll add you on map now, I'm pink_lilytree if anyone else wants to add me.

I'm going to plan and log my food for tomorrow now, I definitley need to keep track of what goes in my mouth as I'm good all day until 4pm when the savaging starts, I must be gorging on a lot of extra cals between 4pm and bedtime. I'm planning on going for a nice long walk with my twins once I've dropped my boys at school.

Have been considering the Fitbit, has anyone got it?

heffalump If you click on the add friend by email, you should be able to add them by username in the box on the next screen.

Hi Tallulah Smile

Me too Filo, I wish my DP would come walking too but he won't. He has a manual job so can get away with his bad diet for the time being Envy

I'm 5"4 and 10stone would like to be 9 stone. I'm pretty good during the day and I've started running again but I can be really disciplined all day and then in the evening I just can't seem to help myself and find myself eating cereal and toast all the time. I cannot seem to live without a ton of carbs
