I stuggle to fit it in mainly due to DH working hours and young son at home. Trying to walk as much as I can but not getting to 10,0000 steps.
I'd like to try more at the weekend. But that will still only be an hour or so. I am hoping some is better than none but any tips? DH doesn't get home until 8.00 at night. We live in a fairly rural place so going out at 8.30 once DS is in bed isn't great due to the farm roads to pass (it is too dark)
